Ordering

I know that sometimes the ordering process can be a bit overwhelming!  Here’s a step by step guide to ordering pictures from your session!

• Log in your gallery (this is password protected and case sensitive)
• Select the image that you would like to order.  In the bottom left hand corner, there is a box that says “Add to Cart.”  Select this

Once you have selected each image that you are interested in purchasing, it is time to specify the size!  Here’s how:

• Locate the yellow shopping cart on the left side of your screen (it will be at the bottom) and select it.  This will take you to your final ordering page.
• On each image, scroll down to select your desired image size.  Be sure to specify the quantity!

When you are finished, select “next” and continue to follow the directions.  Please fill out all sections so that I can contact you if needed.

Please Note:  Step 4 (complete order) will give you a GRAND TOTAL which will include tax.

At the very end, you will select “Send Order”

Thats it!  I will have the order and place it just as soon as I receive it.  You will be contacted when the order is in!  A pickup day will be scheduled at that time.

Ordering Digital Files, Packages, Mini Albums and More!

Ordering Digital Files:

When ordering digital files, please select the amount that you would like to order for the first image (i.e. “5 Digital  Files”).  Choose the remaining  images and select (“Digital image only use for packages” option in the drop down menu).  This will allow you to not be charged.

When ordering packages:

When you are ordering packages, you will need to select the packages and prints that are named after your package.  For example, if you are ordering the Believe package you will begin selecting the images that you would like for each print that are specific to that package.  (i.e. 5×7-Believe Print)  This will help with the overcharging that my shopping cart may do.

 

Accordion Minis:

As with digital files, the first image that you would like included in the mini album you will select ” Accordion Mini Album.”  For the remaining images you will select “Accordion Mini image-0.00)  You are allowed 10 images in your album design.

 

Storyboards:

Custom storyboards are available!  If you are interested in a storyboard, please contact me at info@Teranelainephotography.com for designs, etc.

 

FAQ’s

• Orders MUST be picked up within 7-10 days.
• All orders must be paid for before Teran Elaine Photography will send the order to the printer.  You can do this with Paypal, Check or cash.
